Deliveries to Canada

We use the services of Canada Post. Allow 2 to 7 working days to receive your package.

The two postal shipping services are

• Expedited Parcel : standard parcel (2-5 working days)
• XPress Post: express parcel (2-3 working days)

The rates are those of Canada Post. MEYA Concept Beauté does not withhold any profit on delivery costs.

MEYA Beauty Concept is not responsible for packages not received due to errors in the delivery address provided by the customer.

Returns and refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic products sold on MEYA Beauty Concept , the reimbursement conditions are strict and without exception.

We will refund you any item with proof of purchase, provided it is returned to us within 10 days of purchase, still sealed and pumps not activated and in original condition for sale.

Promotional items are not refundable or eligible for returns.

Digital and downloadable items (ebook, certificates) are non-refundable.
